Gilpin Givhan's Response to COVID-19

As COVID-19 increasingly impacts our daily lives, Gilpin Givhan shares your concern for the health and safety of those here at home and around the world affected by this global health emergency.  Effective Wednesday, March 18th until further notice, Gilpin Givhan is encouraging firm members to work remotely and we will not be conducting in-person meetings in our office.  Based upon guidelines from local and federal officials, we are taking these steps as a precaution to ensure the safety of our team and clients and to do our part in combating the spread of the virus.  Our firm will closely monitor the rapidly changing COVID-19 environment and recommendations from health officials to determine an appropriate and safe time for our team to return to the office.          

Our firm is dedicated to maintaining full service to our clients in this challenging time.  We assure you that Gilpin Givhan is taking all necessary steps to protect our personnel and ensure that service to our clients remains uninterrupted.  Specifically, Gilpin Givhan's emergency business continuity plan includes systems, controls, and policies that allow our attorneys and staff to remotely access the firm's network to collaborate, communicate, and provide the prompt legal advice and client service you have come to expect consistent with our duty to safeguard client confidences and information.
