We have served as bond counsel and issuer's counsel to 501(c)(3) hospitals and created health care authorities, special health care finance authorities and utilized medical clinic boards for the purpose of providing financing opportunities for Gilpin Givhan's health care related clients.
Likewise, our attorneys have created and represented improvement districts, capital improvement cooperative districts, downtown redevelopment authorities, commercial development authorities and industrial development boards used for the financing, construction and operation of manufacturing facilities, commercial and retail development projects and the public infrastructure related to such projects.
