Gilpin Givhan, PC is pleased to announce that David B. Wisdom, Jr. has joined the firm, where he will focus his practice in the areas of Corporate and Securities, Commercial Real Estate and Economic Development.

Mr. Wisdom will provide clients with strategic solutions to their unique and complex real estate and business matters, representing various entities in every aspect of their legal needs. He received his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University. He is involved in the community through his leadership roles with the City of Auburn Planning Commission, with the Auburn Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals, and as an alumnus of Leadership Lee County.
