Katie is an associate in the firm’s Tax, Corporate & Securities and Estate & Business Succession practice groups. Katie regularly advises clients on a wide range of transactional, regulatory and tax matters. Katie's practice primarily focuses on the areas of estate planning, corporate law and business transactions.

Outside of the office, Katie enjoys cooking, neighborhood walks, and Auburn University basketball.
