Seth is an associate in the firm’s Tax and Corporate and Securities practice groups. Seth regularly advises clients on a wide range of transactional, regulatory and tax matters. His practice is primarily focused in the areas of tax and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits, securities and regulatory compliance. He also has substantial experience in estate planning and charitable giving, advising clients on opportunities to minimize estate and income taxes, including the implementation of legacy planning, asset protection and estate tax mitigation strategies.
