Sarah Scogin Johnston is a member of the Estates and Trusts practice group. She regularly assists individuals with fulfilling their estate planning objectives by planning, drafting and implementing a wide array of estate planning documents. In concert with her estate planning work, Sarah represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in the areas of estate and trust administration, managing a broad variety of assets located inside and outside of the State of Alabama. She also assists individuals and fiduciaries with guardianship and conservatorship processes.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as a staff attorney (2002-2004) and law clerk (2001-2002) to Associate Justice Jean Williams Brown of the Alabama Supreme Court and as a law clerk (2001) to the Office of the Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court.
