Jon is a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. His practice focuses on the automotive industry, employment counseling, employment law, employment litigation, labor & employment, labor law, labor-relations and union avoidance, regulatory compliance and workplace health & safety, with an emphasis on representing employers in discrimination litigation before federal and state courts. He also represents employers in employment-related matters before administrative agencies including the EEOC, NLRB, Department of Labor, and OSHA.
In addition, Jon assists employers in compliance and avoidance of claims arising under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and other employment laws and regulations. He has experience with industrial, service industry and health care clients.
A former officer in the United States Army, Jon is an active member of the Cathedral Church of the Advent (Episcopal), where he serves as a lay minister, Bible study teacher and personnel advisor. In his free time he enjoys reading military history and oil painting. He also enjoys being an NFL owner, having recently acquired stock in the Green Bay Packers.
